Why Do Some Screw Compressors Have Insufficient Cooling Capacity?
Nov 30, 2022
Reasons:
1. Improper position of the slide valve or other faults.
2. Clogging of the suction filter.
3. Serious machine wear, resulting in excessive clearance; d. Excessive resistance loss in the suction line.
4. Leakage between high and low pressure systems.
5. Insufficient oil injection and weakened sealing ability; g. Exhaust pressure is much higher than condensing pressure.

Elimination Method:
1. Check the position of the indicator or angular displacement sensor and overhaul the slide valve.
2. Remove the suction filter and clean it.
3. Adjust or replace the parts.
4. Check the suction shut-off valve or check valve.
5. Check the bypass valve and oil return valve.
6. Check the oil circuit system.
7. Check the exhaust piping and valve, and clear the resistance in the exhaust system.
